Accessibility Statement

We want every well owner to be able to read our guides, understand a report, and complete a purchase, whatever tools they use to browse. Here is our commitment, the measures built into the site, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.

Effective July 9, 2026

Well Water Report (regional contaminant risk profiles and prioritized test panels for US private wells) is committed to making whatsinmywell.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508. We treat conformance as an ongoing effort, not a one-time task, and we test against this standard when we change the site.

Measures we take

Specific measures built into this site include:

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware that content or components can occasionally fall short of full conformance, for example newly published guides before they have been reviewed. We monitor for these and fix them as we find them. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us (see below) so we can address it.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this site, or you have a suggestion that would improve accessibility for you, we want to hear from you. Email [email protected] with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to work with you on a resolution or a usable alternative. If you need the information in the report you purchased provided in an alternative accessible format, contact us and we will provide it.

Feedback and formal complaints

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Well Water Report. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your concern by replying to our correspondence so it reaches the site operator directly.
